Now, we’re looking for a proven Business Development Executive to work with regional and national advertisers reach these audiences through creative media partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for driving new business across our portfolio — selling digital media, content, and brand partnerships that deliver measurable ROI for clients.
This is a hands-on, front-line sales role: you’ll be working with the BDMs with prospecting and appointment setting, alongside owning your pipeline, from outreach to close, supported by a creative and data-driven marketing team.
Identify, contact and convert new advertisers and brand partners across key sectors (hospitality, leisure, property, travel, retail, automotive and more).
Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and consultative selling.
Develop proposals and media plans that align with client objectives and audience insights.
Work collaboratively with the content, design and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
Work closely with the delivery team to oversee client relationships post-sale to ensure renewals and upsells.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in regional and digital advertising.
2 years of experience B2B sales or partnerships (media or advertising preferred)
Proven ability to win new business and consistently hit sales targets.
Confident presenting to clients of all levels — from independent venues to marketing heads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen — you understand what drives client ROI and campaign success.
Highly self-motivated, organised and persistent.
Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, preferred).
A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales/partnership experience.
Experience working with the hospitality, leisure and events industry.
Marketing or advertising sales experience is advantageous.
Evidence of your track record of building a pipeline and generating revenue
