As our Business Development Manager, you’ll work with ambitious local, regional and national brands to design campaigns that reach and engage the audiences we own and understand.
You’ll consult with clients to uncover their marketing goals, then shape multi-channel proposals that drive awareness, engagement and measurable ROI — not just clicks.

Building and nurturing relationships with marketing decision-makers, business owners and agencies.
Diagnosing client challenges and creating bespoke, insight-driven campaign solutions.
Working with our content and audience teams to turn ideas into live campaigns.
Presenting proposals that tell stories — not just list deliverables.
Measuring and reporting on campaign outcomes, translating results into renewal and growth opportunities.
Have sold ideas, experiences, or discretionary products where success depends on persuasion and insight — e.g. recruitment, sponsorship, events, luxury, martech or professional services.
Understand how businesses use marketing to build awareness, shape perception and drive response.
Ask smart questions and enjoy connecting the dots between a brand’s goals and creative ways to reach audiences.
Are confident presenting, curious about how marketing works, and motivated by long-term relationships — not one-off transactions.

A minimum of 5 years B2B sales/partnership experience.
Experience working with corporate clients and partners.
Marketing or advertising sales experience is advantageous.
