Dan Murray, Founder and CEO of You Platforms, stood in front of a brick wall

Dan is the founder and CEO of You Platforms. He’s an experienced leader and a specialist in tech, media and marketing. He’s currently studying at the Saïd Business School within the University of Oxford.

In 2015, as traditional publishers struggled to make the move to digital, Dan identified a gap in the market and saw an opportunity to create a new kind of media brand, one that prioritised the audience and the advertiser.

Instead of using clickbait headlines and invasive banner adverts, he harnessed his UX experience to build an audience-first platform that uses data insight to give people the content they want, in a way that’s easy to read and engage.

By building user trust and targeting people at the decision point, he developed an audience that was more receptive to marketing messages, and built an in-house agency to help clients connect with them in the most impactful and meaningful way.

Dan believes in doing what’s right, not what’s easy, so we don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, our digital experiences are optimised to align with your business objectives, giving you brand safety and industry-leading results.
